Spring Labyrinth Walk & Sound Bath Meditation

Join us, Friday, April 28th, from 4p-5p for a hands-on workshop on how to build a 3 circuit labyrinth using florals and vines in celebration of spring time in Houston!   The workshop will take place at the Wortham Theater Center Fish Plaza in conjunction with a free multi-disciplinary sacred space activation hosted by the Houston Grand Opera.

Alongside the workshop, the activation will feature an all-accessible floral labyrinth walk—facilitated by Reginald Adams—and a sound bath—featuring Thanet and the Mystic Villagers.  This spiritually infused event will also include a poetry reading by local poet Leslie Contreras Schwartz, as well as gift offerings of sacred Mala beads from multi-disciplinary artist Eepi Chaad.

For those interested in learning how to design a public labyrinth, come early at 4:00pm for a hands-on training.

The event is free and open to the public.
